Shipping:
When you make a purchase from the Tunti Toy Shop or directly from Tunti Enterprises, your items will arrive discreetly packaged. You will be given a few shipping options, for both domestic and international shipping, and you will receive your tracking information so that you can check on the progress of your delivery.
Please keep in mind that if you are ordering products from outside the USA, customs in your country may charge you extra duties and taxes, which Tunti Enterprises cannot control. Also, once the package leaves the US, it becomes more difficult to track.
Returns:
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of arrival, for a full refund or exchange, if your Tunti Toybox is in brand new, unused condition. If your Tunti arrives damaged, or if it malfunctions in the course of normal, reasonable use within 60 days of arrival, Tunti Enterprises will send you return shipping labels and will refund your money or replace your item, upon receipt of the damaged item.
